Nations Church Vision Statement

We see a multicultural church family, united in love for Jesus, empowered by the Holy Spirit, living out Isaiah 61:1–4, and passionate to share the Gospel—both in our city and among the nations.

We see the name of Jesus lifted high in a culture of vibrant, heartfelt praise. We see young and old lingering in the presence of God, seeking His face—not out of obligation, but out of love and a longing to behold Christ and be transformed into the image of Christ and filled with the Holy Spirit.

We see the Word of God honored and embraced as the authority for all of life. We see a holy passion for righteousness—not driven by legalism, but flowing from hearts transformed by the Gospel. We see a church burdened in prayer for the lost, proclaiming the message of salvation through faith in Christ alone—with faith, boldness, and urgency.

We see a church family gathered around a table—eating together, sharing stories, laughing together, celebrating together, and grieving together. We see the table expanding one person at a time, as those on the outside are welcomed in. We see the weak, the hurting, the brokenhearted, the cast-off, and the outcasts being loved—and transformed into oaks of righteousness at the table of God’s grace.

We see a culture of discipleship where every believer is being formed as a disciple and equipped to make disciples. We see a church eager to learn, quick to encourage, and committed to helping others grow. We see a people who invest deeply in the spiritual lives of children and youth, delighting to see them become disciples and disciple-makers today—not someday.

We see a church where the sick are healed, the brokenhearted restored, the oppressed set free, and the downcast lifted up. We see young and old empowered by the Spirit, full of faith, believing that God speaks today, heals today, and gives the same gifts to the church today as in the days of Acts.

We see a church on mission—active in mercy, bold in witness, and tender toward the vulnerable. We see teams continously going out to share the Gospel, pray for the sick, feed the hungry and returning with joy sharing testimonies of what God has done.

This is the church we see now by faith: rooted in God’s Word, filled with His Holy Spirit, and going into the world to make Jesus known.
